TOS:1. Payment:
Full payment before I start working.
Non-refundable once work has begun.
I will use Paypal invoicing (if you cannot use Paypal we can find another payment processor that tracks sales for tax purposes).2. Your Files:
Delivered digitally (either through e-mail or your preferred contact method). PNG at full resolution that I worked on in the file (I usually work at 4k resolution). Commercial use is included (just give credit please). You may request transparent PNGs, or smaller resolutions, or smaller file sizes free of charge.3. Process and Communication:
Please provide clear references and description of the work you want done. I can also do SKEB style (vague request up to my own interpretation).
I'll send rough sketch for approval before I move on to next stage of work (or in the case of you purchasing a sketch, if there are any changes you'd like).
I will send updates after completing lineart, flat coloring, rendering/shading, and after completing the background.
Major changes after performing lineart may be declined.
I reserve the right to keep my process private.4. Revisions:
Major changes after the sketch stage will require additional fees based on how far along in the process I am. If the revision is based on a mistake I made during the process there will be no additional charge (for example if I used the incorrect colors, accidentally drew too many or too few appendages, or had drawn on the wrong layer).5. Turnaround time:
ETA will be given after your order, and largely depends on your request.
Delays may happen, I will notify you and offer a refund if there are any major delays. Time to receive your commission may increase during odd-numbered months.6. Copyright & Usage
I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork, meaning I may sell this artwork as prints or merchandise.
You may not claim the art as your own work.
You may not edit the finished product to create something within my prohibited content section (8).
You may edit the artwork through simple means (cropping, rotating, mirroring) for other purposes (such as but not limited to: Discord Stickers, Twitch or Youtube Emotes, Banners or Icons for your social medias).
I will not charge extra for commercial usage (you can make merchandise with this art).
I will post the finished piece on my own social medias and my portfolio.
I can keep the work private at your request (in the case that it is for a reveal at a later date, in which I will post the artwork on my own social media as well).
You may not use sketches disapproved by yourself from the sketch stage for any reason.7. Refunds and Cancellations:
Before I start work - full refund.
After we agree upon the sketch - no refunds.
If I can't deliver a good enough sketch as per your request and you wish to cancel - refund of all but $10 for the sketches. If you only commissioned a sketch - full refund.8. Prohibited content:
I will refuse a commission if it involves real people without their consent. I will refuse any commission based on any reason at my own discretion. Reasons may include: speech or political/religious messages I do not agree with, fetishes I am uncomfortable with, slanderous or defamatory artwork depicting another person, or9. Other:
